160-170 GSM is the retail standard for thickness of Fabric, as the GSM increases Thickness of Fabric increases. Knitted Fabric is composite of Yarn in circular way multiple yarns move from upper side to a rounded circular shape and knit the fabric, it’s the reason its also called Circular Knitted Fabric.

2.Which GSM is best for T shirts or Polo T shirts?

140-150 GSM is ideal for lightweight summer lines, while 180 GSM gives a structured, heavyweight feel.

3.Why does combed cotton matter?

We recommend combed cotton because the process removes short fibers and impurities <1.2%, resulting in 18% less neps, an ultra-smooth surface, and zero irritation. Carded yarn is never suggested in our women’s lines.

4. How Much tees shrink or lose shape after washing?
No. All garments are preshrunk with residual shrinkage guaranteed <3% after 5 washes. Z-twist 900 TPM yarn and shoulder-to-shoulder tape prevent twisting and keep necklines from stretching out, even on V-neck and crew styles.

5. Are the blanks print-ready and what styles/fits do you offer?
Yes. The 100% combed surface has minimal slub and is tested for screen printing, DTG, DTF, heat transfer, and embroidery. We use azo-free, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 dyes with 4+ colorfastness to prevent dye migration. We manufacture crew neck, V-neck, cropped, and oversized silhouettes with female-centric grading.
