2. Can you manufacture custom designs from my Tech Pack?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom leggings manufacturing. Send us your Tech Pack, sketches, or even reference images, and our team will develop it from scratch. We handle custom fabric GSM, cuts, colors, prints, scrunch-butt, pockets, and stitching. If you don't have a Tech Pack, we can create one for free based on your idea.

3. What are your payment terms for international orders?

We offer secure and flexible terms for international B2B orders:

• Sample Orders: 100% advance.

• Bulk Orders: 30% advance to start production, 70% before shipment via Wise, Bank Transfer (TT), or Western Union. For large retailers 100% LC at Sight, DA/DP. LC 90 Days.

4. What is your standard turnaround time (Lead Time)?

• Samples: 5-7 working days after design approval.

• Bulk Production (50-5000 pcs): 15-20 working days.

• Large Bulk (5000+ pcs): 20-25 working days.

5. Do you offer "Private Label" services (Tags & Packaging)?

Yes, we are a complete private label leggings manufacturer. Our private label services include: custom woven tags, printed neck labels, hang tags, custom poly bags, custom boxes, tissue paper, and thank you cards. Your brand is manufactured, tagged, and packed ready for retail sale.

6. How much do samples cost, and is the fee refundable?

Sample fee depends on design:

• Plain stock color leggings: $30-$50

• Custom design / printed / scrunch: $70-$100
  The sample fee is 100% refundable when you place a bulk order of 300+ pcs. You only pay for DHL shipping.

7. What customization techniques do you offer?

As an end-to-end custom activewear manufacturer, we offer:
Flatlock 4-needle stitching, No-front-seam, Scrunch-Butt / Honeycomb, Side phone pockets, High-waist Tummy Control, Sublimation Printing, Screen Printing, Embroidery, Laser-Cut, and Custom Knitting patterns.

9. How do you ensure Quality Control (QC) creates a defect-free product?

Every order goes through 3-stage QC:
1. Fabric Inspection: GSM, color matching, and stretch test.
2. Stitching Inspection: 100% inline checking.
3. Final AQL 2.5 Inspection: Squat-proof test, measurement check, metal needle detection, and OEKO-TEX® certified processing to ensure it is free from harmful chemicals.
