Men’s Tracksuit Manufacturer — Winter Fleece, Summer Jersey & Activewear, Low MOQ

AA Knits makes custom men's tracksuits for activewear brands, streetwear labels and retailers. We make winter fleece sets, summer single jersey sets and performance activewear sets from your tech pack, in our own factory in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color, and bulk production takes 21 days after sample approval. We are the sister concern of Uzair Textile, a family-run manufacturer in business since 1983.

Tracksuit Sets We Make

• 2-piece tracksuits: a hoodie or jacket with matching trousers. The top comes with a zip or as a pullover, and the set can have side or bottom pockets, or none.

• 3-piece tracksuits: the same 2-piece set plus a matching inner layer, with zip or non-zip hoodies.

• Combo packs: one hoodie, one trouser, one half-sleeve T-shirt and one full-sleeve T-shirt in one pack, so your customer can mix and match a full wardrobe from a single purchase.

Winter Fleece Tracksuits

A fleece tracksuit is the core product for cold-weather markets. We use a brushed fleece of 280–420 GSM, with a warm inside and a firm outer surface that keeps its shape after repeated washing.

• Best for: autumn and winter collections in the USA, UK and Europe.

• Branding: embroidery and puff branding work best on heavy fleece, with a durable, raised finish.

• Matching styles: pair the set with our Women's Hoodies and fleece sweatshirts for a full winter range.

Summer Single Jersey Tracksuits

For warm months and warm countries, a single jersey tracksuit is lighter and more breathable than fleece. We make it in 160–260 GSM, and it suits spring and summer drops and gulf-region markets.

• Best for: spring, summer and warm-climate markets such as KSA and Australia.

• Branding: DTF and heat transfer give bright, detailed graphics without adding bulk to the thin fabric.

• Feel: a soft, smooth surface that works well for casual and travel sets.

Activewear Tracksuits

For running, gym and training collections, we make tracksuits in 100% polyester Dri-Fit fabric of 180–240 GSM, knitted and sewn in our own factory. It moves moisture away from the skin and dries quickly.

• Best for: performance and sports brands.

• Fit: slim, tapered and athletic cuts with room to move.

• Pairing: add matching tees and shorts to make a full training set.

Branding, Sizing and Fits

We offer four branding methods: embroidery and puff for heavy fleece, and DTF and heat transfer for lightweight fabrics.

We grade sizes from S to 3XL, and we also make oversized, drop-shoulder and boxy streetwear cuts. Send your size chart and we match your measurements through every order.

• Materials: made with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified materials.

• Factory: BSCI and WRAP compliant.

• Quality checks: we inspect stitching strength, colorfastness and dimensional stability before packing.
